We want you to be happy with your purchase.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pawveraonline@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We will review your request and offer a replacement or refund when applicable.

If you would like to return an item for any other reason, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in their original condition.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once approved. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
